Meghan Clouatre

Meghan was born and raised in Owen Sound, Ontario and after attending university was proud to return to her home town where culture is abundant and the sense of community is strong. After graduating with first class standing from the Honours Visual Arts program at Brock University, St. Catharines, Ontario in 2003 she headed home to set up a studio and to get involved in the arts community that motivated her to become an artist in the first place. Meghan started everly art productions in the spring of 2004 with the goal of creating and showing her unique artwork, but also to make sure the art community will remain strong with the presence of a new generation of artists. Since returning home she has had a hand in a few projects aimed to give emerging artists a chance to show their work in events such as the Owen Sound City Hall Art Crawl, now in it's 4th year. Meghan acted as chair for Art Town for two years and also had a contract to work with the Tom Thomson Art Gallery in 2006. In 2007 she accepted a position at nearby Southampton Art School as Director where she coordinates art classes for almost 1000 children & adults.
